International/Horton - B-73

B-73 is a re chassis of our Horton #533 box onto a 2012 International Terra Star chassis.



Sutphen Custom Engine/Tanker - Engine/Tanker 733

Engine/Tanker 733 is a 2010 Custom Sutphen (6) six man cab. It will be the DVFD's cover assignment Engine, 1st due on all Vehicle/Boat fires, 2nd due on all Structure, Box, Hazmat & Natural Cover Assignments & 3rd due on all MVC's. Chevrolet 2500 - Utility 12

Utility 12 was purchased as a support vehicle when the need for a 4x4 unit that was able to haul personnel & other support equipment was addressed. Prior to the addition of Utility 12 the DVFD used members personal vehicles to complete these tasks.


Ford - Engine 734

Engine 734 a 1956 Ford with a 750gpm and 1,000 gallon tank was the second new peice of fire apparatus purchased by the DVFD. Engine 4 was retired in the fall of 2000 and given a complete restoration.


Kenworth Tanker - Tanker 73

500 gpm rear mounted pump, 8,000 gallon tank.



Ford Super Duty - Engine 736

Engine 6 is a 1969 Ford Super Duty Class B engine. 750gpm front mount pump and a 1200 gallon tank. Engine 6 carries 1500 ft. of 3" supply line, 2 preconnected 1 3/4 lines, and 300ft. of booster line. With "Pump and Roll" capabilities & is used only for natural cover fires. Engine 6 is on officers call which mean it only goes when called for by an officer and does not respond code.


Marine Unit - Marine 73

Marine 73 is a 19.5 ft. Lowe, center console with a modified "V" hull, powered by a 70 hp 4-cycle Suzuki outboard. It is equipped with GPS Navigation, Depth Finder, 1 million cp search light, both fire & marine radios and full complement of medical, water rescue and fire fighting equipment.
