The Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department would like to say "Thank You" to the tremendous outpouring of support from our Town, State, and the entire Delmarva Peninsula Volunteer Fire Service in the wake of our tragic event. Thank you to the men and women from all the different fire departments and EMS agencies that provided stand by coverage to our community. Thank you to the auxilliary members that provided food for those stand by crews. Thank you to the community businesses that donated materials, food, and water during this event. Thank you to our immediate neighbors for their kind words and understanding throughout the week. Thank you to the Indian River School District for the use of their facility. Thank you to all the fire police, Delaware State Police, and DELDOT workers for traffic control. Thank you for coming together as a community to help celebrate the life of Justin Townsend. The Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department is now back in full operation. We will continue to serve our community; always remembering and striving to honor all those who have answered their final call.
