The DVFD along with Frankford EMS were alerted for a MVC at the given location. Chief L. Gum (Millsboro) arrived to report 2 vehicle MVC with 5 patients needing evaluation. Engine 732 responded with a crew of (7) seven followed closely by the Rescue Company with a crew of (8). Asst. Chief T. McCabe arrived POV & established the IC. After evaluation by both Dagsboro & Frankford EMS all patients refuse services. Units operated for approx 45 min before returning available. Units Operating: Engine 732, Rescue Company 73, Amb.
