At 13:37 the DVFD was alerted for a Commercial Fire Alarm Activation at the above address. Engine 731 responded with a crew of 5 under the command of Lt. C. Hudson and was advised water flow alarm in the warehouse section. Upon arrival workers advised a forklift has sheared off a sprinkler head. Crews investigated and found the situation as reported. Units operated for approx. 20 min before returning to service.
