At 10:56 the DVFD along with Frankford EMS & SCEMS Medic 103 were alerted for a (2) vehicle MVC at the given location. Engine 732 under the command of Lt. C. Hudson responded at 10:58 with a crew of (4) four. Both Deputy 73 & Engine 2 arrived with Deputy Chief T. McCabe establishing the IC. The Rescue was assigned to assist with patient care & traffic control of the van due to the distance between the vehicles. DuPont Blvd was closed for approx. 15 min. Additional BLS was requested from Millsboro due to DVFD EMS already committed on an EMS call prior to the MVC. DVFD crews operated for approx. 45 min.
