DVFD on the 83 Box - 22025 Phillips Hill Rd.

The DVFD was alerted as part of the box assignment for a hay on barn fire. Command 83 arrived to find a 20x20 barn full of hay well off. The DVFD responded with Engine 1, Engine/Tanker 73 & Tanker 73 with 13 volunteers. Crews operated for approx. 45 min. before being released. The Engine/Tanker was reassigned to a cover assignment at Millsboro. The DVFD had additional crews available in station during the alarm.
