At 13:12 the DVFD along with Frankford EMS were alerted for a MVC at the above location. Engine 732 responded at 13:15 with a crew of 5. Engine 2 was advised by EOC this was minor and the patient was out of the vehicle walking around. At 1318: Engine 2 arrived to find a tractor-trailer into the driver side of a passenger car with heavy driver side intrusion onto the drive, which the driver was trapped in the vehicle. The crew from Engine 2 quickly stabilized the vehicle and began rescue efforts with their onboard Hurst equipment. Rescue Co. 73 arrived and deployed their O-Cutter & Combi tool to assist Engine 2's crew. The patient was removed and transported ALS to PRMC. The scene was turned over to DSP for investigation. Lt.
