The Dagsboro Fire Department along with Frankford EMS, SCEMS Medic 103 and DSP Trooper 2 were dispatched for an MVC with entrapment @ above location. EMS Captain H. Donaway arrived on scene and confirmed 3 patients with entrapment; Chief Mccabe arrived next establishing Dupont Blvd command and requested an ambulance from Millsboro Fire Company to respond. Amb. 73 arrived and began pt care as the crew from Eng. 73-2 began stabilization and extracation efforts. 3 patients were transported BLS to PRMC in Salisbury Md.
