On Sunday 16 April 2006 at 01:45 the DVFD along with Frankford EMS, SCEMS Medic 103 & DSP Trooper II for a MVC involving an ATV at 31861 Swamp Rd. Engine 732 arrived at 01:50 with a crew of 5 to find a male subject that had been ejected from an ATV onto the railroad tracks. Chief McCabe had the command and after consulting with the crew from A-76 requested MD Trooper 4 due to DE Trooper II being down due to weather. The crew from Engine 732 assisted the EMS crew with packaging the patient. The Rescue Co. & B-73 was staged at the intersection of Swamp Rd. & Railroad Ave. Sussex advised command that MD Trooper 4 was also down due to weather. The patient was loaded into A-76 with both medics off Medic 103 and transported to PRMC. Command placed the incident under control at 02:09 with units going in service as ready.
