Monday evening at approximately 5:23 the DVFD was alerted for a three vehicle MVC in the 32000 block of Dupont Blvd. Shortly after dispatch Capt. C.Hudson arrived on the scene and established command advising of three vehicle's being involved along with three occupants needing evaluation by EMS for minor injuries. Upon the arrival of Engine 73-2 under the direction of Deputy Chief B.Blades crews worked to secure the vehicle's electrical systems along with assisting with patient care. Rescue 73 under the direction of Chief D.Betts arrived on scene and provided scene lighting while the crew worked to clear debris from the roadway. Ambulance 73 transported two patients to a local medical facility for further evaluation of minor injuries.
